The plot: Celebrity chef Erasmus (Steve Coogan) and his producer and partner Paul (Paul Rudd) have their lives interrupted when a child (Jack Gore) arrives at their front door claiming to be Erasmus' grandson. As they struggle to accommodate the new arrival, and each other, Erasmus and Paul find themselves in a reluctant but eventually warming position of being the two dads of the child. Whether they want to stay this way remains to be seen.

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom (2018) - Movie Review
The plot: Three years after the destruction of the theme park Jurassic World, a now-active volcano on Isla Nublar poses a serious threat to the dinosaurs still on the island. Wanting to save as many of these animals as possible, wealthy benefactor Eli Mills (Rafe Spall) hires former raptor trainer Owen (Chris Pratt) and former JW manager and now dinosaur activist Claire (Byrce Dallas Howard) to take a team to the island. However, once they arrive, it seems that not only is their task going to be a difficult one, but the people who hired them have ulterior motives for what they plan to do with these dinosaurs. The Indominus Rex was just the beginning.

Hereditary (2018) - Movie Review
The plot: After the death of her mother, Graham family matriarch Annie (Toni Collette), her husband Steve (Gabriel Byrne) and their children Peter (Alex Wolff) and Charlie (Milly Shapiro) try to adjust to the tragedy. However, they soon discover increasingly strange disturbances going on in their house, and Annie begins to discover some strange things about her family history. It seems that the Graham family is under threat by some force, but is it something foreign to them or is it something that has been with them from the beginning?

The plot: After a mugging leaves mechanic Grey (Logan Marshall-Green) a quadraplegic and kills his wife Asha (Melanie Vallejo), he struggles with adjusting to life without being able to fend for himself. However, when tech whiz Eron Keen (Harrison Gilbertson) offers him a chance to walk again through an experimental microchip called STEM (Simon Maiden), Grey has the chance to both reclaim his life and take revenge against the muggers that nearly took it from him.

Incredibles 2 (2018) - Movie Review
The plot: Shortly after their battle with the villainous Syndrome, the superpowered Parr family comprised of father Bob/Mr. Incredible (Craig T. Nelson), mother Helen/Elastigirl (Holly Hunter) and their children Violet (Sarah Vowell), Dash (Huck Milner) and Jack-Jack (Eli Fucile) are in trouble with the law once again. However, brother-sister tech magnates Winston (Bob Odenkirk) and Evelyn (Catherine Keener) want to change that and make superhero work legal once again. As they work with Elastigirl, Mr. Incredible and Frozone (Samuel L. Jackson) to change public perceptions of superheroes, a new villain waits in the wings to make an example of our heroes and make sure that they never take the spotlight again.

Solo: A Star Wars Story (2018) - Movie Review
The plot: Struggling to survive in the slums of Corellia, Han Solo (Alden Ehrenreich) and his lover Qi'ra (Emilia Clarke) have plans to get away from their surroundings and explore the galaxy. However, between the numerous mercenary factions that populate their sector of space and the lurking presence of the Galactic Empire, that task may prove more difficult than they first anticipated. As Han gets deeper and deeper into the criminal underbelly, he begins to make connections and friends amongst the scum and villainy that would lead him on a path to becoming one of the galaxy's greatest heroes.

Gringo (2018) - Movie Review
The plot: Harold (David Oyelowo), a worker at pharmaceutical company Promethium, is tasked by his higher-ups Richard (Joel Edgerton) and Elaine (Charlize Theron) to go to their factory in Mexico to deliver an experimental form of medical marijuana. However, unbeknownst to Harold, it seems that Promethium's business dealings aren't all on the up and up, as the Mexican cartels are also involved in this deal. With few options and a growing number of people after him, Harold will have to think fast if he wants to get out of Mexico alive.

Crooked House (2018) - Movie Review
The plot: Aristide Leonides (Gino Picciano), a wealthy businessman in charge of a family dynasty, has been found dead in his stately home. His granddaughter Sophia (Stefani Martini), suspecting foul play, hires private investigator Charles Hayward (Max Irons) to look into the case. As he arrives at the Leonides estate, and meets the many members of Aristide's immediate family, it seems that not only does everyone have a motive, but they are all more than capable of fulfilling that motive. This case is going to be trickier than first thought.

Duck Duck Goose (2018) - Movie Review
The plot: As his flock prepares to migrate for the winter, Peng (Jim Gaffigan) finds himself stranded on his own. He comes across two ducklings, Chi (Zendaya) and Chao (Lance Lim), who have also been separated from their flock, and he begrudgingly agrees to join them as they both make their way back to their respective families. However, with the psychotic cat Banzou (Greg Proops) hot on their trails, it seems that their migration has only begun to get difficult.
